Tasty Tuesday: Crockpot Mac N Cheese

This is easy to make and good to eat! The kids freaked about the peas (and also the mushrooms...in the soup *rolls eyes*) so we made those on the side, but it's still good! The great thing about this is that you can mix it up all you want. I think next time I may put in the Velveeta + another kind of cheese for a stronger cheese taste.



Crockpot Mac N Cheese

2 C. cooked until tender elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 C. milk
1 brick of Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
4 slices of crisp bacon
1 bag baby peas


1) Combine first 5 ingredients in Crockpot. Stir well.

2) Cook 4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low.

3) 30 minutes before serving, add bacon, peas or whatever you'd like. Some also add chipped beef.
