Tasty Tuesday: Veggie Pizza

I haven't actually made this yet, but a friend of mine brought it to a party and it was so yummy! I asked her for the recipe and here it is!

Veggie Pizza

2 tubes of Pillsbury crescent rolls
8 oz of cream cheese (softened or whipped)
1/2 cup of mayo
1 pk of dry ranch mix
1 pk of Kraft crumbles cheese
3-5 carrot stalks or lots of baby carrots (chopped)
1 large red pepper (cut into small cubes)
1-2 bundles of broccoli (cut into bite size pieces)
And any other veggies you want to add

(1) Pre-heat oven to 375.

(2) Spread out the crescent rolls onto a non-stick cookie sheet. Fill the entire sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

(3) Mix all cut veggies into a large bowl.

(4) Mix together cream cheese, mayo and 1/2 pk of dry ranch mix.
You will want to keep adding the ranch mix until it tastes how you want.
Sometimes it can be really strong if you add the entire package.

(5) Once your dough is done and cooled spread on the dressing, add your veggie mix and
then top it off with the crumbles cheese. I usually chill it for 20-30 minutes before
serving. It just tastes better that way.
