What I learned this week is very, very simple: I finally learned the trick to baking yummy cookies that don't get hard as a rock as soon as they cool off.
You know what it is?
Only bake the cookies until the sides are just barely, the absolutely lightest brown possible. And, under no circumstances, do you add baking time if you can't see the slight hint of color. You will ruin the cookies.
Certainly not me!
