Love Lives On

STILL working my butt off for the new client. Sleeping alot. Ugh. If you commented on my book giveaway, you won! I had three copies to give away and three people who commented! If you wouldn't mind, can you send me you address so I can get those out this week? Thanks!

Now, on to other things! Most of you have had at least had a hint that my dad died when I was 12 years old. He had esophageal cancer and, though he was a trooper and we had one precious year with him before he died, he died. A lot of emotions go into the death of your father, especially when you're so young. My sister, Hannah, did a fabulous job of speaking for all of us in this little digital story she had to do for school. I thought you all would be interested in seeing it.

Grab your kleenex, you'll need it.

That's great that you are getting so much work! Hopefully it slows down a bit though so you can enjoy your summer :-)

Wow! Hannah did a great job! What a neat way to remember your father. :-)

Oh, my gosh, that was so very beautiful. I watched it at Odie's and didn't have Kleenexes.....I'm sobbing still.

I'm having my 6th baby and see so much of our family in yours. My biggest fear is death of any of us, especially my husband I guess. He's our pillar, our head of our whole family. It's so encouraging to see how wonderful you all turned out after dealing with such hardship.

God bless you all.
Thank you so sharing something so close to your heart and so very special.

I watched this at Odie's too. It is really a beautiful story and told so well. I still have a hard time even talking about my dad and his cancer. It has only been two years ago since we lost him, but I still just don't have the words. So the video was important for me. Thanks for sharing it.
