Diets

I was listening to Michigan Radio last night and I totally heard a little spot with some foreign researcher who said that eating a slice of chocolate cake with your (protein rich) breakfast helps you to lost weight!

Now that's a diet I can get behind.

Wow Ali this is breaking news to shout from the house tops. I fully understand that it is important that it be done at breakfast. Good news.

That sounds awesome!! I know I've had cake for breakfast after the kiddos b-days before, but I always felt guilty about it. Now I know if I just have some eggs along with it, it's all good! LOL!
